Our club provides a community environment for all age groups and skill levels, whether they are beginners or advanced fighters.
Self-defense is a skill that provides individuals with tools and techniques to protect themselves from physical danger. It encompasses not only physical skills such as strikes, kicks, and locks, but also strategic thinking and conflict prevention. Self-defense is not just about fighting; it is a comprehensive approach to safety that emphasizes self-awareness, self-control, and the ability to de-escalate situations.
Those interested in acquiring skills in tactical shooting procedures, safe weapon handling, self-defense, and life and health protection might appreciate the course we offer. Our training focuses on effective instruction in these key areas and prepares participants for successful completion of the professional competency exam.
A successful athlete and coach, who became the world champion in kickboxing in 1999, also holds the titles of Czech Republic champion from 1998 and 1999, and was named the best athlete of the Zlín Region in 1999. With over thirty years of experience in the field, he has been involved in combat sports since the age of 15 and has gained international experience, including training with the national team in Ghana and in Amsterdam in the 90s. As part of the national team in Ghana and subsequently in the Czech national team, he has not only become an experienced fighter but also a passionate advocate for the development of new talents. His approach to training and support for young athletes bring invaluable value and inspiration to the club.
